Why entry and exit screenshots make review honest

Memory edits the trade. Screenshots show the chart you actually acted on.

Most traders remember the idea better than the evidence. A screenshot closes that gap. It lets you compare what you believed at entry with what the chart showed at exit.

Entry screenshot

Capture the chart at or near the entry time. Mark the entry, invalidation area, stop, and target. The question is simple: was the trade planned or chased?

Exit screenshot

Capture the chart at the exit time. Mark whether the exit followed a rule, hit a target, protected capital, or came from fear.

Replay video

Replay is useful when the trade management matters. It shows whether you reacted to candle-by-candle information or only judged the trade after the outcome was visible.

Review prompt

Ask: would I take the same entry again if I only saw the entry screenshot and did not know the final result?
